Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, business details, and messages submitted through our contact form; account details, files, messages, intake form responses, and content calendar data submitted through the client portal.

Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as browser type, device information, IP address, and pages visited, used to operate and secure the site.

We do not knowingly collect consumer health data as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373), and we do not collect biometric identifiers for commercial purposes as described in RCW 19.375.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. To make a request, contact us at the email below. We will respond within 45 days and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Email Communications

Commercial emails we send comply with the Washington Commercial Electronic Mail Act (RCW 19.190) and the federal CAN-SPAM Act — they will not contain false or misleading subject lines or sender information, and every marketing message includes a way to unsubscribe.

We use essential cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in to the client portal. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.
